Manager
What I Do: I am responsible for supporting the team in delivering smooth and effective service calls by ensuring all customer options are thoroughly explored. This role includes training technicians to provide high-quality customer service, assisting with taking inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and dispatching technicians to scheduled jobs efficiently.
Experience & Skills: I have been in the electrical field for 13 years, started out my career here at ITS as a co-op student from smith vocational, then found my way back here to help kick off the residential division 13 years later. I have had my Journeyman’s electrical license for 7 years and have specialized in home service work as well.
What I Love About the Team:
Being a part of this team is being able to help teach technicians the benefit to home service work and how it is so different then other areas in the trades, it’s much more rewarding and you’re constantly helping people in many ways sometimes even ways they never knew existed.

I love spending time outdoors with my two dogs, Franklin and Freddy, exploring new places, tracking down the best restaurants, and enjoying anything fun with a spooky twist

Marketing Director
What I Do:
As Director of Marketing, I oversee all digital and out-of-home marketing initiatives. From online strategy to local advertising campaigns, I ensure our brand is represented clearly, creatively, and consistently.
Experience & Skills:
I’m a proud Westfield local with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from FIT, NYC (Class of 2022). Since returning home, I’ve built hands-on experience across several industries—including solar sales, radio advertising, team leadership, and social media management—bringing a versatile and energetic approach to everything I do.

What stands out to me most is how inclusive, intentional, and driven our team is. Everyone knows their role, takes pride in their work, and consistently goes above and beyond to support each other and our shared goals.

I love all things glam and girly—pink is my signature color, and I enjoy expressing myself through bold hair and makeup styles. Outside of work, my heart belongs to my amazing friends, family, and my beloved dogs—they’re my daily inspiration and joy!

What I Do:
I handle everything from creating quotes for jobs to troubleshooting electrical issues on-site. I pride myself on making logical, practical suggestions that align with each customer’s needs, and I’m committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction every time.
Experience & Skills: I began my electrical career in 2019 when I enrolled at the Porter and Chester Institute. While in school, I was fortunate to land a hands-on opportunity in the field, which led to a full-time job after graduation. I was 19 when I started and now, at 24, I’m still passionate about the work I do. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of electrical environments—including residential, commercial, industrial, and telecommunications.
What I Love About the Team: What I enjoy most about working at ITS is the people. The team here genuinely looks out for one another, and there’s a strong culture of support and collaboration. The company also provides great facilities and top-notch materials that make it easier for everyone to do their best work. Whether you have a question or need a hand, someone is always willing to step in and help.
A Little More About Me: I’m a huge sports fan—NFL, NBA, and MLB in particular. I also enjoy playing golf whenever I can, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. One of my favorite quotes is:

What I Do:
I’ve been in the trade for 8 years and with ITS for 2.5 years. During this time, I’ve installed hundreds of systems and encountered almost every situation on the job site. With this experience, I’m ready to handle any challenge that comes my way.
Experience & Skills:
With my extensive hands-on experience, I’ve developed the ability to tackle a wide range of electrical challenges. From installing complex systems to troubleshooting on-site, I’m well-versed in getting the job done efficiently and effectively.

A Little More About Me:
I’m an avid golfer and spend a lot of my free time on the course. Also, I’m a firm believer that all dogs are friendly—there’s always room for more love and belly rubs!

HVAC Service Technician
What I Do:
Primarily assists the lead technician with tasks related to the job at hand, ensuring efficiency and support throughout the project
Experience & Skills:
I completed four years of technical training in HVAC, which provided me with a strong foundation in the principles of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Since then, I’ve gained eight months of hands-on experience in the field, where I’ve been able to apply what I’ve learned in real-world settings and continue developing my skills on the job.
What I Love About the Team:I really enjoy working here because of the strong, supportive work culture. The team fosters a positive environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed. One of the things I appreciate most is how willing my coworkers and mentors are to share their knowledge — they’re always eager to teach and help me deepen my understanding of the HVAC trade. It’s a great place to continue learning and building my career

Whether it’s troubleshooting engine issues, performing routine maintenance, or restoring older vehicles, I find it both challenging and rewarding. It’s a hands-on hobby that allows me to keep learning, sharpen my mechanical skills, and satisfy my passion for understanding how things work.
